What is the difference between Bravehearted personal discipleship and the other online courses?

Bravehearted Christian offers two distinctly different types of training: online courses and personal discipleship. Online courses are just that—courses on a variety of subjects you can take on your own, at your own pace, online. Bravehearted Personal Discipleship is our premier 100 day discipleship training program that combines both on-site training in Windsor, Colorado and personal interactive discipleship online.

What type of student attend the Bravehearted personal discipleship?

The quintessential attribute of the students that attend the Bravehearted Personal Discipleship program is raw spiritual hunger for more of God. Students come because they believe there is more to the Christian faith than what they have personally seen and experienced. And they want more. They dare to ask for more. Though most of our students fall into the collegiate demographic, every semester also has married couples, families, pastors, and elder Christians in a season of transition. We have students of all ages, representing nearly every conservative evangelical denomination from all across the U.S. and Canada, as well as from many other countries around the world.

What is the main focus of the 100 day Bravehearted personal discipleship program?

During the 100 days of training, we desire our students to encounter the majesty, loveliness, and worthiness of Jesus Christ, personally behold the efficacy of His amazing Cross-work, be wholly set free from the cyclical patterns of defeat that have encumbered their lives, and powerfully begin a dynamic spiritual growth process that turns them outward from their previous self-centered and fleshly existence, to pour out their strength in bringing life to the weak and dying around them. We want our students to know how to pray, read and study the Bible, share the Gospel, and live a triumphant Christian life with Jesus Christ at the center. Please see the Bravehearted Personal Discipleship section of our website for more information.

Doctrine & Message Questions

What is Bravehearted Christian's statement of faith?

We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe that the Canon of Scripture has been divinely preserved and that it is in fact the Word of God, and is useful for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Further, the Word of God in text points us to the Word of God in Person, Jesus Christ. Finally, we stand firm upon the two immutable truths of God’s counsel and His oath, in which it is impossible for God to lie. And this we hold as the anchor for our souls (2 Timothy 3:16-17, John 1, Hebrews 6:18). We believe there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The Godhead is flawlessly and perfectly immutable.

We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal future return to the earth in power and glory to rule over the nations.

We believe man was created good and upright, but fell from that place of perfection into a condition of spiritual depravity. Thusly, man stands condemned in the light of God’s justice.

We believe the only means of being justified and cleansed from our sin, and thusly the eternal penalty of it and its control over our soul, is through repentance and through faith in the precious blood of Christ. And we believe that personal salvation is evidenced in the regeneration of the believing man or woman by the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Scriptures teach a life of holiness. Sanctification is a separation from that which is evil and a dedication unto God. We believe all believers should earnestly pursue sanctification by walking in obedience to God’s Word. We further believe that the Christian is enabled to live a godly life by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus will return to this earth in order to judge all that which has defied His Lordly position, claim that which was purchased by His blood, and to rule and reign over all His possession for eternity.

What is Bravehearted Christian's central message?

In simple terms, it is to establish Jesus Christ at the very center of the Christian life, and to establish His Cross-work at the very center of all doctrine, reasoning, and living. We believe that the Christian life is meant to actually work in a real-world functional way, and not just in a theoretical academic sense. We believe that God has supplied to each of us, in and through the work of Jesus Christ on the Cross and His subsequent resurrection, ascension, and out-poured Spirit, everything we need in order to live out a triumphant life on this earth. The following are several key sermons by Pastor Eric Ludy that clearly enunciates the heart of Bravehearted Christian’s message:
